THE CHARGRILL MASTERS STORY

The CharGrill Masters story is one of dedication and passion. Since 2007, we have been steadfast in our commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality food and service. We never compromise on our values, and ensure that all of our menu items are made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. WHO WE ARE

The CharGrill Masters is a family-based Australian grill house set in Cr Alexander Grand Promenade, starting in 2007. This has been our only business since then and we have put all our lives in providing the food and services you deserve.

VISION & MISSION

Our mission is to serve the tastiest meals by sourcing local and unprocessed ingredients and giving back to the communities we work with. Our business is based on generosity. We never cut corners and always seek to value quality as our first priority. If we bring in an ingredient that doesn’t fit our standards, we avoid using it. We work hard for the larger purpose of bringing joy to our customers and giving them a place to celebrate the special moments of their lives.

People are at the heart of our business. At The CharGrill Masters, we value and respect our team members as much as we value our customers believing that happy employees can make customers happy. We are also dedicated to the community we work with, partnering with farmers to ensure an ethical supply chain, and getting fresh ingredients for our food.

FOOD SAFETY

All our employees are trained to follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health of our customers, from sanitizing the surfaces regularly to washing hands before preparing and handling food. All vegetables are thoroughly washed and all ingredients are stored at a safe temperature. Furthermore, different cutting boards are used for raw meats, vegetables, and cooked foods to avoid cross-contamination.
